Tupper Arts hosts to the annual Summer Sunset Series, held every Monday and Wednesday night at 7:00pm, hosted at the Tupper Lake Bandshell in Flanders Park.
All of the events are free and open to the public, so bring your own snacks and drinks and enjoy a night of live music and beautiful scenery.
Tupper Arts is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting local talent and bringing accessible art and music to the Adirondacks. Tupper Arts is open year round, offering original art for sale by regional artists, and classes for children and adults.
The Summer Sunset Series will be taking place at Flanders park on the Tupper Lake Bandshell, better known as The Sunset Stage. Located on the shores of Raquette Pond, Flanders Park is a peaceful and scenic place of nature, perfect for a family picnic. The park is open all year round, hosting many winter activities; but during the Summer, the park transforms into an outdoor performance area; with concerts, kids shows, and other activities happening throughout the week.
This year’s shows have an exciting lineup of acts, with performances like the bluegrass band The Atkinson Family Band, the Celtic Rock band Knotty Paddy, some reggae & soul from The Big Takeover, 50 & 60s hits from Frankie and the Moonlighters, and includes the Sunset Showcase on August 13 featuring North Country Talent.
For a night of summer fun, experience the ultimate live music at Flanders Park Sunset Stage, and don’t miss out on the chance to see one of the Adirondack Mountains most beautiful sunsets in Upstate New York.
