In Southern California, architecture and interiors firm ShubinDonaldson, has announced it will now go by Donaldson + Partners, following the departure of long-term founding partner Russell Shubin. The firm was founded in 1991 and operates out of two offices located in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara. It has a particular leaning toward the design of contemporary, Modernist-influenced residences in and around Southern California.
The firm shared in an announcement that after thirty years practicing with the studio, Shubin is leaving “to pursue other endeavors.” In a statement shared on its website the firm added: “As Donaldson + Partners, we remain committed to delivering the same extraordinary
