Starting January 12, 2026, Proctors Collaborative and Troy Savings Bank Music Hall will move to the CRM software Tessitura Systems, a nonprofit customer relationship management platform.
Under a single ticketing system, Tessitura provides a common platform that makes operations smoother, helps audiences connect, and supports the region’s cultural community, from the Schenectady-Saratoga Symphony and Albany Pro Musica to Universal Preservation Hall, Capital Repertory Theatre, and Opera Saratoga.
Originally built for the Metropolitan Opera, Tessitura will allow a smoother online experience to manage accounts, purchase tickets, access benefits, and more.
Current patrons with existing accounts will see their tickets and information automatically transferred to Tessitura in January with minimal action required, such as resetting passwords and, in some cases, updating stored payment information.
