Battle rap legend T-Rex had a scary moment during his match against Geechi Gotti at the #NOMEXV event when he suffered a seizure in the middle of his round.
The veteran battle rapper was delivering his bars when he suddenly looked out of breath and collapsed onstage, shaking heavily as the crowd and staff rushed to help. The intense moment shocked everyone in the building. Fans and spectators were locked into the battle, but this happened, and the room went silent with concern.
It was later revealed that T-Rex had been asking for water before the battle started, and was likely dealing with heat stroke, which led to the seizure.
Thankfully, reports say T-Rex is okay and recovering after the incident. It was a frightening scene, but many in the battle rap community are now showing love and support for the Harlem MC.
