moe. Returns to Palace Theatre in Albany this December with Eastbound Jesus

moe. will return to the Palace Theatre in Albany for their first shows on the main stage since early 2023. They’ll bring along local Northern Rockers Eastbound Jesus, for a performance on Saturday, December 27.

moe. is bassist Rob Derhak, guitarist/vocalists Al Schnier and Chuck Garvey, drummer Vinnie Amico, percussionist/vibraphonist Jim Loughlin, and keyboardist Nate Wilson.

Hailing from Buffalo but spending key formative years in the Capital District performing at Valentines and making their way throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, moe. has fostered a core fanbase in the Albany area, performing incredible shows at the Palace Theatre along the way, not to mention the Empire State Plaza in 2022.

Among those who facilitated moe.’s growth over the past 35 years is Guthrie/Bell Productions promoter Greg Bell, who will be marking the December 27 show as his retirement party, celebrating over 3,000 shows as a promoter in the Capital Region and beyond. The evening will kick off at The Hollow Bar + Kitchen, where Bell has held hundreds of shows, with Glass Pony and The Laura Leigh Band from 4-7pm, followed by moe. at the Palace Theatre, and late-night at Ophelia’s on Broadway with Hilltop.

moe. memorably performed in the lobby of the Palace Theatre during the COVID pandemic, playing – and premiering – Not Normal in full.

Tickets for moe. at the Palace Theatre are $49.50 (Advance) / $55 (Day of Show). Tickets go on sale Friday, September 12 at 10am at ticketmaster.com.

Tickets are also available for purchase at the Palace Theatre Box Office, located at 19 Clinton Ave. Box Office hours are Monday – Friday Noon to 5PM as well as select days and hours for events and On Sales. Plus, no fees if you buy at the box office.
