For the fifth year in a row, Brooklyn’s alternative dance-punk outfit LCD Soundsystem will be performing at Queens’ Knockdown Center for 12 dates throughout November and December 2025.

Amex Presale Tickets go on sale Tuesday, September 16 at 10:00 a.m. with the Fan Presale beginning on Wednesday, September 17 at 10:00 a.m. and the Public On Sale starting Friday, September 19 at 10:00 a.m.
LCD Soundsystem’s NYC residency this year has been expanded from last year’s eight performances to a staggering 12 nights of music. The first set of shows runs from November 20-23, followed by two more series of performances on December 4-7 and December 10-13. Each show begins at 8:00 p.m. (doors open at 7:00 p.m.) for an 18 & over crowd only.
The band’s latest NYC residency comes off the heels of a jam-packed year for the band, who headlined Phoenix’s M3F Festival, toured the country with Nation of Language in the spring, had a June residency in London, toured the Midwest and Northwest with TV On The Radio in the summer, and just played Asbury Park, NJ’s Sea.Hear.Now. Festival this past weekend. They still have two more performances to go in this month alone – a San Francisco festival performance on September 20 and two shows with Pulp at LA’s Hollywood Bowl on September 25-26 – before they’ll settle back down in New York for the final two months of the year.
LCD Soundsystem has been innovating in the dance-punk and alternative space since 2002. In the 23 years since, the band’s collected five Grammy nominations and one win for Best Dance Recording (awarded to 2018’s “Tonite”). “Daft Punk Is Playing At My House” off their 2005 self-titled album became their first commercially successful single, and their success continues to today, with 2007’s “All My Friends” now gaining traction on TikTok and resonating with a new generation nearly 20 years after its release. At the moment, the band is slowly working toward a new album, which they’ve released minimal details on beyond last October’s single “X-Ray Eyes.”
Each NYC residency show will be followed by an afterparty featuring sets from special guest DJs, a DFA Records swap meet, and an on-site outpost of the Four Horsemen Wine Bar (which is co-owned by LCD Soundsystem’s front man James Murphy). Openers will be revealed as the concert weekends get closer.
