String Cheese Incident are hitting the road once again, announcing their 33-date Just Keep Spinning Tour—a cross-country run that finds the Colorado-bred jam institution weaving their genre-defying magic from Texas to the Pacific Northwest and plenty of stops in between. For New York fans, there’s just one date on the calendar — and it lands squarely at Sharkey’s Event Center in Liverpool on June 24.
Known for immersive live performances that blur the lines between rock, bluegrass, funk, electronic, and world music, SCI have built a three-decade legacy on community and musical exploration. Their shows aren’t simply concerts, they’re shared experiences, shaped nightly by improvisation and the chemistry between band and audience. That ethos drives Just Keep Spinning, a tour title that feels especially fitting at a time when live music continues to serve as both escape and connection.
The New York stop at Sharkey’s Event Center is the lone Empire State appearance on the tour, making the June 24 show a focal point for Upstate fans and traveling “Cheeseheads” alike. Liverpool’s centrally located venue has increasingly become a hub for national touring acts, and SCI’s arrival adds a marquee jam-band moment to its 2026 calendar. With summer in full swing and the band deep into their tour groove by late June, expect a setlist that stretches, surprises, and leans into the celebratory spirit that has defined their live reputation.
Beyond the music, String Cheese Incident are once again partnering with HeadCount on the tour, encouraging civic engagement and voter participation through their “Just Keep Voting” initiative. Since 2004, HeadCount has registered more than 1.7 million voters by meeting fans where they are at concerts, festivals, and online, reinforcing SCI’s long-standing connection between music, community, and action.
Tickets for the Just Keep Spinning Tour go on sale to the general public Friday, February 13 at 10 a.m. Given that Sharkey’s is the only New York date on this extensive run, fans would be wise to move quickly.
In addition to the summer tour, SCI will host The Moroccan Incident September 24–26 in Marrakech, Morocco — an exclusive destination gathering featuring three full performances set against one of the world’s most vibrant cultural backdrops. But before Morocco comes Central New York.
