Frank DiLella’s theater picks: ‘Bug,’ ‘Tartuffe’ and more

With the many entertainment choices New York City has to offer, it can be difficult to make a choice. Look no further. “On Stage” host Frank DiLella has curated a list of “must-see” shows this week, directing you to the best of Broadway, off-Broadway and beyond.

“Bug”

First up on Broadway, TV’s “it” leading lady Carrie Coon returns to the stage in the Broadway premiere of the psychological thriller “Bug.”

The play is penned by her husband, Pulitzer and Tony Award winner Tracy Letts. Coon recently spoke with “On Stage” about what makes the production stand out this season, saying there is nothing quite like experiencing such an intense story live in the theater.

“Bug” is now playing at Manhattan Theatre Club’s Samuel J. Friedman Theatre.
