Kareem Rahma, the creator behind the viral “Subway Takes” video series, is taking his adventures from the subway to the silver screen.
He co-wrote and stars in the new indie romance “Or Something,” inspired by Richard Linklater’s 1995 film “Before Sunrise.”
The film follows Rahma and Mary Neely, who play two strangers exploring New York City in a single day while debating life and love.
“Or Something” premieres Friday at the Quad Cinema and will be showing there all week.
Rahma and Neely joined “Mornings On 1” ahead of the premiere to talk about turning subway experiences into a love story.
