Jennifer Ayala Drops Soulful, Club-Ready Anthem “Until Daylight”

Vivacious singer-songwriter Jennifer Ayala has released an electrifying new single, “Until Daylight” — a club-ready fusion of house, dance, and electro pop. A love letter to and anthem of NYC nightlife, the track pulses with bass, emotion, and the spirit of the city that raised this fiercely independent artist.

A heartfelt ode to the dance floors that have shaped her, “Until Daylight”is more than a song — it’s a sonic ritual of joy, release, and resilience. Defined by sun-kissed, bass-driven production, the track carries a steady, heart-centered rhythm that invites listeners to move — and keep moving — through whatever life throws their way.  It’s a track that wholly justifies her club diva credentials, an uplifting earworm of a tune that is sure to bring her a further step up on the ladder of fame.

Ayala’s energetic, powerful tone flows through mellifluous pop melodies and lyrical catchphrase hooks — including her memorable refrain: ‘so sweet, oh, it’s a sweet thing.’ Her vocals move effortlessly from fervent jazz-inspired lows to brassy, euphoric highs, channeling the freedom, memory, and raw spirit of New York City’s club culture.

“This song is a dedication to every dance floor that knows all our secrets better than another soul could,” Ayala shares. “It’s a reclamation of staying in your joy, despite the cards life has dealt. A living synonym for hope — injecting our human experience with play, curiosity, connection, and fun. The brighter future we desire and create, begins now.”

A lifelong New Yorker and graduate of Berklee College of Music (B.Mus. in Professional Vocal Performance, Minor in Creative Writing), Ayala’s music weaves house, nu-disco, soul, Latin, afrobeat, jazz, rock, R&B, and pop into a signature style all her own — rooted in connection, movement, and spirit.

Her artistic journey spans live bands, studio sessions, national tours, and stages across the U.S., including iconic venues like The Fillmore (DC), Play Casino (Miami), Mercury Lounge, Tribeca Rooftop, The Bitter End, Capitale, and the historic My Father’s Place. She has fronted high-energy tribute acts celebrating Donna Summer, Gloria Estefan, and Jennifer Lopez, supported a Selena tribute, and shared stages with legends like Siedah Garrett, Cindy Blackman, and Nona Hendryx.

In addition to music, Jennifer is a published poet, visual artist, RYT-200 yoga teacher, and intuitive guide, working with tools like tarot, astrology, and psychic channeling. Her work lives at the intersection of ritual and rhythm — drawing from her spiritual practice, personal evolution, and New York City roots to create music that is both cathartic and empowering.

This release sets the tone for a new era of musical explorations from Ayala — whose upcoming work continues to blend genres, emotions, and worlds. Until Daylight is her first official release of 2025, and the opening of a bold, liberated, joy-centered chapter in her artistic evolution.

The single is available on Bandcamp, iTunes, all major streaming platforms — and accompanied by a lyric video creatively produced by Ayala herself, now live on YouTube as a visual companion to the release.
