International travel seems set to come roaring back this summer, despite war in Eastern Europe and talk of yet another COVID variant. Low-fare airline LEVEL plans to be part of the picture, offering nonstop service from Los Angeles and San Francisco to Barcelona.
Reminiscent of the now-vanished transatlantic version of Norwegian Airlines, LEVEL is one of a handful of low-cost carriers providing nonstop service from the US West Cost deep into Europe. In fact, LEVEL says it is the only airline offering a direct connection from LAX and SFO to Barcelona. And like departed Norwegian, LEVEL, which began operations in June of 2017, is a low-cost, long-haul airline.
