Meanwhile, the vaccination rate among the age group 18-34 increased 13 percent.The “Key to NYC” policy calls for nearly three dozen indoor businesses in New York City subject to the citywide proof-of-vaccination mandate, including restaurants, gyms and theaters, to face fines of $1,000 fine for non-compliance.
