Two years into the global Covid-19 crisis, small businesses are coalescing around policy measures they need to rebuild and stay resilient in the years to come, namely access to money and workforce support.
The vast majority of American small businesses surveyed by Goldman Sachs about their pandemic experience said they believe policymakers should ensure businesses such as theirs have access to capital, reduced barriers to government contracts and increased access to child care in order to make sure employees can actually be at work, according to Goldman’s 10,000 Small Businesses: Voices report, “From Pandemic to Prosperity.”
