L&L Holding Co.’s work on its marquee office project at 425 Park Ave. has caused problems for the neighboring office building at 120 E. 56th St., ranging from roof leaks to a manhole explosion, according to a lawsuit filed Thursday in state Supreme Court in Manhattan.
L&L has been working on its 860-foot tower since 2015. The company reached an agreement with First Pioneer Properties, owner of 120 E. 56th St., in 2014 that gave L&L access to the property to install roof protection and a sidewalk shed, according to the lawsuit.
