A new residential building is on its way to Mott Haven, a South Bronx neighborhood that developers have long touted as prime territory for a real estate boom.
Developer Anshel Fridman has filed plans with the Department of Buildings for a roughly 75,000-square-foot, 89-unit building at 91 Bruckner Blvd., right by the Willis Avenue Bridge. The project will stand 7 stories and 70 feet tall with 45 parking spots. S. Wieder Architect is the architect of record on it. The site is currently home to a 1-story industrial property, according to city records.
