A maniac allegedly kicked an 8-year-old boy in the face before tossing a chair at a 60-year-old woman in a series of unprovoked attacks in Manhattan on Wednesday afternoon, police and sources said.
Pape Cisse, 33, was arrested and charged with assault after allegedly launching the attacks near East 23th Street and Fifth Avenue in the Flatiron District at about 4:30 p.m., cops and the sources said.
Cisse allegedly first targeted the child, kicking him in the face as the boy was walking home with his mother, police said.
The child fell to the ground and suffered a cut to his left cheek and an injured elbow,
