Health care affordability is tied to accessibility, physician group CEO says

Dr. Richard Becker became CEO of the nonprofit Physician Affiliate Group of New York in September, but his experience in making health care affordable and accessible for the underserved has been longstanding. He has worked in diverse aspects of the industry, including as president and chief executive of the Brooklyn Hospital Center and as the state deputy secretary for health.
