Donald Trump’s lawyer says a ruling in the sex-abuse case against Prince Andrew can’t be used by the former president’s niece as an argument in her unrelated inheritance battle.
Mary Trump is suing her ex-commander-in-chief uncle and other family members, contesting a settlement agreement she signed in 2001 over her inheritance and wanting more dough.
The former president is arguing that since his niece signed the pact, she doesn’t get another bite at the apple.
Then last week, a lawyer for Trump’s niece notified a judge about a recent ruling in Virginia Roberts Giuffre’s civil case against the royal.
