Michael Fuchs, the billionaire co-owner of New York’s Chrysler Building, is facing a divorce claim from his former wife in London, who accused the real estate tycoon of seeking to “pull the shutters down” on her life and expenses.
Fuchs, who along with his business partner Aby Rosen controls “a very significant” amount of midtown Manhattan through RFR Holding LLC, is fighting the divorce following the breakdown of an eight-year marriage. He puts his net worth at around $1.7 billion, according to court documents prepared for a hearing.
