New York City hospitality companies have a renewed commitment from a local publisher to cover their stories as they emerge from the tumult of the last year and a half.
A new publisher, Jennifer Solow, has purchased two titles, Edible Manhattan and Edible Brooklyn, for $1 million, with a plan to invest another $1 million in growing the audience beyond New York City and integrating e-commerce and experiences into the publications’ strategy.
