Karina Rykman jumped on the Levitt Pavilion’s stage around 8 on Friday, August 15 in Westport, CT, immediately capturing the audience’s attention and energized the crowd with her lively performance. Throughout the evening, she moved effortlessly across the stage, sharing moments of pure joy and making the performance an unforgettable experience for everyone present.
Born and raised in New York City, Karina brings her jam rock music to the stage, mixed with a touch of indie pop and psychedelia. Right from the first song (Dirty South), the crowd went wild. It’s impossible to stand still when she plays her bass with so much energy.
Known for her ability to turn a normal stage into a truly vibrant and entertaining experience, Rykman runs the show with the help of Chris Corsico (drums) and Adam November (guitar, loops, effects). Between songs, she builds a real connection with her fans, blending them seamlessly into the performance. Rykman’s music is for audiences of all ages, and in the field are children, thrilled by one of their first concerts, alongside longtime fans deeply devoted to rock music. With her pure soul and genuine love for music, she cruises across the Westport stage like a true professional, giving fans all her energy without holding back, perfectly in sync with her golden bass.
Jumping all over the stage Karina closed her show by playing “Elevator” and inviting all her fans to meet her for photos and autographs at the merch stand. The bond between Karina and her fans is deep and strong; she shares pictures and special moments with both the youngest and the oldest, making sure everyone leaves the evening satisfied.
