Canadian shoe brand Black Suede Studio (BSS) is four years old and its founder Kris Avakian has ushered the brand into various growth phases, from global expansion, to celebrity partnerships, and retail collaborations. One major move he made was to move production from China to Brazil, while keeping the price for shoes affordable and ethical. Since its inception the brand has no plans to slow down but rather continue fostering relationships.
