Rachel Sennott plays Maia
Maia is moving up at a talent agency in LA, after relocating from NYC, when a complicated old friend comes back into her life and threatens to either dismantle everything she has built on the West Coast or take it to the next level.
Sennott had kind of an iconic run with Shiva Baby, Bodies Bodies Bodies, and Bottoms almost back-to-back-to-back. The latter she also co-wrote with director Emma Seligman, who also wrote and directed Shiva Baby. She was on the short-lived multicamera sitcom Call Your Mother and the infamous HBO series The Idol, and also played Saturday Night Live writer and former wife of Lorne Michaels writer Rosie Shuster in Saturday Night as well.

Odessa A’zion plays Tallulah
Tallulah is an up-and-coming influencer who moves from NYC to LA (likely thing for someone to do) at the beginning of the series. She represents Maia’s past and knows how to bring the chaos.
Prior to this show, A’zion had a recurring arc on Ghosts and starred in Grand Army. She’s in some horror movies, including Hellraiser and Fresh Kills, and the anticipated film Marty Supreme with Timothée Chalamet. She was also one of the voices on The Tiny Chef Show!? Hello?! That little guy?!

Josh Hutcherson plays Dylan
Dylan is a teacher and Maia’s live-in boyfriend. His life is, arguably, more shook by Tallulah’s appearance.
Most famous for bringing Peeta Mellark to life in the Hunger Games series, Hutcherson is a former child actor with credits including Bridge to Terabithia, Little Manhattan, The Kids are Alright, and more recently the Five Nights at Freddy’s movies. If you love seeing his comedic side on I Love LA, make the criminally underrated sitcom Future Man your next weekend binge!

True Whitaker plays Alani
Alani is in Maia’s friend group. Her dad is a famous actor, so she’s had an unconventional upbringing.
While she’s definitely not playing herself on the show, IRL Whitaker is the daughter of famous actor Forest Whitaker. She previously acted in the series Godfather of Harlem on MGM+ alongside her father, and is set to appear in the upcoming sequel to Spring Breakers.

Jordan Firstman plays Charlie
Charlie is one of Maia’s closest friends in LA. He works as a celebrity stylist, which is also handy for her talent agent aspirations.
Firstman also plays Malcolm, the on/off boyfriend of the main character on the FX on Hulu series English Teacher. He also had a recurring role as a teacher on Ms. Marvel and as Luke on the second season of Search Party.

Lauren Holt plays Courtney
Courtney works with Maia at a talent agency in LA.
You may know Holt from her stint on Saturday Night Live or films like Barbie, ever heard of her, or You’re Cordially Invited. She’s also an established member of the LA comedy scene through the Upright Citizen’s Brigade.

Leighton Meester plays Alyssa
Alyssa is a talent agent and Maia’s boss in Los Angeles.
We all know and love Meester as the incomparable Blair Waldorf on Gossip Girl. You may have followed her pop star career after the show ended, as well. But what often struck me about that show and her performance was that, while it was a teen drama and Blair could be brutal, she was also very funny. It’s always so great to see her flex her comedy chops, whether it’s on shows like Nobody Wants This, How I Met Your Father, and Making History or films like Life Partners and Date Night.
