NATIONWIDE — A new crime-drama series called “The Mayor of Kingstown” has actor Jeremy Renner teaming up with Taylor Sheridan, the creator of the hit show “Yellowstone.”
One week after “The Mayor of Kingstown” premieres, Renner’s other new show, “Hawkeye” will release on Disney+. It’s based on his character in the “Avenger” films.
Renner previously worked with Sheridan on the film “Wind River.” When Sheridan pitched Renner “The Mayor of Kingstown,” it didn’t take the two time Oscar nominee to say yes.
