Jasson Dominguez’s run with the Yankees at major league camp came to an end on Thursday.
The team announced that they had reassigned Dominguez, nicknamed “The Martian,” to the club’s minor league camp. Dominguez had impressed during spring training, but there was never any question the decision to reassign him would come at some point considering he only has played a small number of games outside of Single-A.
Dominguez had hit .455 during the spring and boasted an OPS
