While this week in Miami architect and artist Germane Barnes’s fluffy and playful seating pods touched down in Miami’s Design District, across the globe in Saaleck, Germany the Miami-based, Chicago-born designer was named artistic director of dieDAS – Design Akademie Saaleck.
