Developer files plans for huge residential building in $2B Bronx megaproject

One of the biggest developments being planned for New York since Hudson Yards is proceeding apace.

Dynamic Star, led by Brad Zackson and Gary Segal, has filed plans with the Department of Buildings for a 602-unit, 582,122-square-foot residential development at 320 W. Fordham Road along the Bronx waterfront in University Heights. The building is part of the team’s massive Fordham Landing project that Zackson ultimately expects to cost $2 billion and include amenities ranging from an e-sports amphitheater to a 2,000-seat music venue to a boat rental launch.

The building at 320 W. Fordham Road will stand 17 stories and 175 feet tall with 274 parking spots.
