It’s the first project from designer Rich Baird to invite open submissions. To submit your logos to @LogoArchive.Now, tag an Instagram upload with the #LogoArchive_Now hashtag. Logos must have been designed and applied between 2000–2020.
A brief description from Rich:
“Currently it is myself working on this but I hope to have a panel in the coming months.
Of course, there are many logo accounts on IG, who needs more! However, I felt that there lacked an account that had a definitive remit, a clear sense of what it wanted to say and do. And to do it well, promoting designers and studios first. This last part is of critical importance. I have seen many accounts that place their own promotion above the crediting of the designers involved. Having spent far too much time asking these accounts to put credits ahead of their own services, felt it was better to lead by example.”
Tempted to join Instagram just to submit. As with the other LogoArchive collections I’m sure this one will grow into quite the showcase.
