Dark Star Orchestra has announced the first leg of their 2026 Summer Tour, and New York State fans have five chances to catch the band between June and July. The run includes stops at Beak and Skiff Apple Orchards in LaFayette, Buffalo Outer Harbor, ESL Ballpark in Rochester and Bethel Woods Center for the Arts.
The tour also features a two-night stand Thursday, June 25 and Friday, June 26 at The Rooftop at Pier 17 in Lower Manhattan.
Tickets go on sale Friday, March 27 at 10 a.m. EST at darkstarorchestra.net.
Dark Star Orchestra has spent decades faithfully recreating the Grateful Dead’s live concert experience, drawing on historically-inspired setlists, authentic instrumentation and the improvisational spontaneity that defined the Dead’s legacy.
Throughout the tour, the band will support the Grateful Guitars Foundation, donating $1 from every ticket sold toward the nonprofit’s mission to provide instruments for musicians and fund music education programs for underserved youth.
