Paul Simon to Play Bethel Woods, Tanglewood, Forest Hills

Paul Simon has announced tour dates for 2026, making his way across Europe and North America on his “A Quiet Celebration Tour” this summer. The legendary singer-songwriter continues the intimate run of shows with 20 newly announced performances stretching from early June to mid-July, with stops at Tanglewood, Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, and Forest Hills Stadium.

Simon’s new North American tour will follow a previously announced 21-show European series, stopping in 10 cities from April 9 to May 20. He returns to the States starting at Palo Alto, Calif.’s Frost Amphitheater, then Los Angeles’ famed Hollywood Bowl on June 7. After wrapping his West Coast leg in San Diego, Simon heads to Red Rocks Amphitheatre for two nights on June 12 and 13, then crosses the Midwest with shows in Kansas City, Mo. on June 16 and Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio on June 23.

A quick stop in Toronto on June 25 precedes the first NYS regional show at Tanglewood in Lenox, MA (just 40 minutes from Albany) on June 27. A few days later on July 3, Paul Simon arrives in Bethel Woods for what will surely be a great holiday weekend affair, on the 250th anniversary of America’s founding. July 8 finds Paul Simon back in Queens at Forest Hills Stadium, then heads down south for a trio of shows, before closing things out at Highland Park, IL’s Ravinia Festival over July 17-18.

Paul Simon concluded his farewell tour in 2018. Shortly afterwards, the artist revealed that he’d been afflicted by sudden and severe hearing loss in his left ear, which worsened rapidly during the recording of his 2023 album Seven Psalms to the point where he became all but incapable of performing.

Simon surprised his fans announcing “A Quiet Celebration Tour,” last year, spanning into August 2025 with 55 shows across North America, specially selected for their superior acoustics. His celebrated return was made possible by advancements in assistive audio technology and brought the live debut of Seven Psalms, his zeal for which encouraged him to overcome the odds against touring.
