Hina Khuong-Huu to Perform with Binghamton Philharmonic Orchestra in “Classic Style”

The Binghamton Philharmonic Orchestra opens the new year with virtuoso violinist Hina Khuong-Huu as the featured soloist in Classic Style on January 31 at 3:30 PM at the Broome County Forum Theatre in downtown Binghamton.

At the heart of the program is Mozart’s radiant Violin Concerto No. 3, showcasing the artistry of Hina Khuong-Huu, whose playing is celebrated for its warmth, poise, and expressive brilliance. A First Prize winner of the 2023 Elmar Oliveira International Violin Competition, Khuong-Huu has appeared on major stages worldwide and continues to gain international acclaim.

The concert also features Caroline Shaw’s Entr’acte and Mendelssohn’s spirited Symphony No. 4 (“Italian”), offering audiences an elegant journey through three centuries of luminous orchestral music. A free pre-concert chat, “Do You Know the Land? Italy in the Romantic Imagination,” will be held at 2:30 PM.
