Phish is bringing their beloved New Year’s Eve residency back to Madison Square Garden this December 28-31, and naturally, CEG’s unforgettable after-party lineup is making its return as well.
Currently, Creative Entertainment Group (CEG) has announced 4 after-parties, with plenty more on the way. If you’re looking for a place to be once you’ve rung in the new year at Madison Square Garden with Phish, you’re in luck – this is your guide to 2025’s Phish After-Parties in NYC.
December 28 – Pink Talking Fish @ Cutting Room
On December 28, Pink Talking Fish will bring their unique fusion of Pink Floyd, Talking Heads, and (of course) Phish music to the Cutting Room directly after the show. Tickets are available for purchase here, and $1 per ticket will be donated to the WaterWheel Foundation.
December 29 – TalkPeck Soundsystem @ Cutting Room
The most recently announced after-party headliners, TalkPeck Soundsystem are bringing their blend of Talking Heads, Vulfpeck, and LCD Soundsystem to the Cutting Room on December 29. Special guests include Matt McNulty, Ben Atkind (of Houseplant), Luke Bemand (of Lespecial), Adrian Tramontano (of Twiddle), Kiran Edwards, Isaac Young, and more. December 29-30 – Medeski, Martin, Metzger, & Cline @ Le Poisson Rouge
John Medeski (Medeski Martin & Wood keyboardist), Billy Martin (Medeski Martin & Wood drummer), Scott Metzger (Joe Russo’s Almost Dead guitarist), and Nels Cline (Wilco guitarist) will be combining their talents as Medeski Martin Metzger & Cline. This supergroup is set to perform at Le Poisson Rouge at 11:59 p.m., with doors opening at 11:30 p.m. Like with Pink Talking Fish, $1 per ticket will be donated to the WaterWheel Foundation. December 30 – Tad Cautious & Femme House @ Hill Country Live
As of right now, the final official Phish After-Party is scheduled for December 30, hosted by DJ Tad Cautious (best known for his show “The Bunny” on Sirius XM’s Phish Radio). This event, which will take place at Hill Country Live (30 W. 26th St) from 11:59 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., will be done in collaboration with Femme House, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving opportunities for women and non-binary individuals working behind-the-scenes in music. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Femme House. Emily Bass & Cheetatah will provide support for this great night of music, which you can purchase tickets for here.
