With the SAG/AFTRA strikes, fewer stars will likely be promoting their films or creating trends with stunning jewelry at the Venice International Film Festival this season. But we have until September 9th to see how it shapes up. So far, necklaces have taken center stage as the jewel of the opening day. With Cartier as the official partner again—it’s no wonder we are seeing fab jewels from the house on three of the six best necklaces at the opening ceremony. Fringe, diamond and gold and gemstone collars, chokers, large center gemstone necklaces and classic multi-strand show-stopping diamond statement necklaces were all out on the first night.
