Beloved fast-casual noodle chain Noodles & Company is stuffing more on their menu.
Today, the brand announced the introduction of four new stuffed pasta dishes, the first of their kind to be added to the globally-inspired noodle menu. Testing in select markets (Colorado Springs, Northwest Chicago, and Columbus), the stuffed pastas were all added after they became fan favorites at preliminary tasting panels.
The indulgent menu includes Chicken Prosciutto Tortelloni with Smoked Gouda, a chicken and prosciutto stuffed black pepper tortelloni with roasted mushrooms and spinach, topped with a smoked gouda cheese sauce, parmesan cheese, and parsley; Three Cheese Tortelloni Caprese with Grilled Chicken, a three
