The day before I jump on a Zoom with Charlie Puth he made his Howard Stern debut on Sirius. And apparently right before our conversation he was on the phone with Bruce Springsteen.
Puth is quickly becoming the pop star of the moment. But while he has the success and hype of a pop star, to call Puth a pop star is to incredibly short change his musical depth, knowledge and talent. In fact, this conversation reminds me greatly of the first interview I did with John Mayer, for the L.A.
