Le Relais Bernard Loiseau, the renowned 5-star countryside Relais & Châteaux hotel located in the heart of Burgundy, has completed the first stage of a major renovation project, overseen by architect Arnaud Behzadi. This multi-stage redesign of the historic institution will take place in phases through 2023, the year that marks the 20th anniversary of the passing of legendary Chef Bernard Loiseau. (Note: The word “l’oiseau” in French means “bird.”)
