Doctors Without Borders tops rankings for the city's largest health care nonprofits

Doctors without Borders USA snagged the top slot for the largest health care nonprofit in the city, based on total operating expenses in fiscal 2020. The Financial District-based organization saw its operating expenses climb to $499 million from $454 million in fiscal 2019. It ranked second on last year’s list, after the Catholic Medical Mission Board.

CMMB, also based in FiDi, fell to third place, reporting operating expenses of $464 million.
