Cammeby's sells Washington Heights portfolio for $92.2 million

Cammeby’s International has sold off a large multifamily portfolio of Washington Heights buildings to Avraham Dishi’s Elysee Investment Co. for $92.2 million, property records show.

The apartment buildings are at 497 W. 182nd St.; 501 W. 184th St.; 521, 551 and 556 W. 185th St.; 475 W. 186th St.; 480 W. 187th St.; 403 and 407 Audubon Ave.; and 90 Laurel Hill Terrace. The prices ranged from about $2.5 million for 551 W. 185th St. to about $20.6 million for 90 Laurel Hill Terrace, and the buildings include 419 apartments overall, according to city records.

Representatives for Cammeby’s and Elysee did not respond to requests for comment.
