What will Mayor Eric Adams do about the future of Midtown? It’s one of the key questions that hangs over New York, two years after Covid first devastated the city.

On one hand, we’ve come a long way. Bars and restaurants are beginning to fill up again and the idea of another lockdown, with cases falling, belongs to history.
