WeWork projects return-to-office boost after big loss in 2021

WeWork is still losing a lot of money—but it’s betting a return to the office will boost its revenues this year.

The Manhattan-based office company is projecting annual revenues between $3.35 and $3.5 billion this year, which would mark a roughly 30% increase from 2021. WeWork reported its second earnings as a public company Friday morning, showing $718 million in revenue from October through the end of 2021, up about 9% from the third quarter.
