Crain's recognized by The Newswomen's Club of New York

Amanda Glodowski, data editor at Crain’s New York Business, has been recognized by The Newswomen’s Club of New York for “New York is becoming a car city,” an in-depth analysis of skyrocketing car ownership in the city. 

Her story was awarded the Nellie Bly Award for Best Bylined Front Page Story in the Club’s 2021 Front Page Awards.

Glodowski said she was inspired to write the story by the different ways she saw people getting around during the pandemic.
