For the past 20 years, the months of August and September in Miami are some of the busiest for anyone who loves food. Miami Spice is a two-month-long restaurant promotion, organized by the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau’s (GMCVB), in which participating restaurants offer three-course menus at reduced prices.
