JetBlue Launches New York To London Service August 11 Despite Lingering Pandemic

You have to give JetBlue some credit for sticking to its plans. Despite a summer airline swoon and the worldwide pandemic, the airline is launching its long-planned New York to London service next week.

After teasing a first flight in the “third quarter” for months, the first transatlantic flight, from JFK to London Heathrow, will take off on August 11. Flights to London’s Gatwick airport will begin on Sept. 29. Both routes are already on sale.
