Made up of 350 rooms, 16 stories, 6 eateries, and plenty of style, The Londoner opens in Leicester Square

Much like Times Square, London’s Leicester Square isn’t a place for locals. But tourists, on the other hand, can’t seem to stay away, and now, there’s a new place for them to bed down after a big night on the town. Clad in electric blue faience tiles, The Londoner by Edwardian Hotels London, bills itself as the world’s first “super boutique hotel.”

While there is no industry-standard definition of a boutique hotel, this superlative is perhaps designed to gesture at the characterful and masterful design, spearheaded by Yabu Pushelberg
