One of the NYPD cops shot in the Bronx during a melee with an armed man will be released from the hospital Thursday, cops said.
The female officer, an Air Force reservist with one year on the job — who fired back at the gunman after he shot her twice in the arm — is set to be released from St. Barnabas Hospital in the late morning, according to authorities.
