Long Island CVS worker charged with having forged COVID vaccine cards

A former Long Island CVS worker was charged with possessing forged COVID-19 vaccination cards that police say he planned to distribute to family and friends, a report and police said.

Zachary Honig, 21, was busted Tuesday in East Garden City after cops found 62 of the vaccine cards, brass knuckles and a controlled substance inside his car, according to Nassau County police.

Eight of the 62 cards were already pre-filled, cops said.

Honig is accused of stealing them from his job at CVS, Nassau County Police Commissioner Pat Ryder said at a Thursday press briefing, according to the Long Island Press.

Ryder said Honig planned to give the cards
