Lloyd Goldman buys Bensonhurst retail property for $17.3M

Real estate billionaire Lloyd Goldman has added a retail building in Bensonhurst to his company’s portfolio.

Goldman, president and founder of BLDG Management, has purchased 2076-2084 86th St. in Brooklyn for nearly $17.3 million. The newly renovated 2-story property is home to a Bank of America and a Chipotle and spans about 7,800 square feet. Jeff Sutton’s Wharton Properties had purchased the site for $10 million in 2017, property records show.

A Cushman & Wakefield team of Andreas Efthymiou, Christopher Sheldon, Robert Shapiro and Jordan Sutton brokered the deal for the seller.
