The pandemic has hit Long Island City’s residential market particularly hard, but that isn’t stopping one developer from moving forward with plans for a new project in the neighborhood.
Jack Fang of 2Bro Builder Corp. filed plans Friday with the Department of Buildings for a 47-unit mixed-use property at 29-05 38th Ave. The project will span about 63,000 square feet and stand 7 stories and 75 feet tall. It will include 24 parking spots as well. Mei Architect PLLC is the architect of record on the project.
