HFZ accused of taking money, shoddy workmanship at luxury Tribeca condo project

Residents in HFZ Capital Group’s luxury Tribeca condo project at 11 Beach St. are suffering through water leaks, warped floors and broken electrical outlets and accusing the beleaguered developer of taking money for itself that was meant for the building, according to a lawsuit the board of managers has filed against the real estate firm.
