Democratic Rep. Josh Gottheimer remains optimistic that the House will pass the Senate’s trillion-dollar infrastructure agreement as Democrats face a criticial juncture in President Joe Biden’s first year in office navigating excruciatingly narrow majorities in both houses of Congress.
